Good Morning Foodies!

Today’s Menu:
Killer Leftover BBQ Shrimp with Pasta
Unique Brussels Sprout Hash
Fresh Green Bean and Creole Tomato Salad with Dressing

Is it just me or am I saying “Here we are at the end of another month!”, again! Totally baffling to me how this happens!

First of all, the WEATHER this year has been UGLY, UGLY, UGLY.

I like to think of myself as “OUTDOORSY”—You know, being able to drink my WINE ON THE PATIO! Like my Momma would say, “KEEP YOUR FACE TOWARD THE SUNSHINE and YOU CAN NEVER SEE A SHADOW!”

Trying to stay motivated during this LENTEN SEASON and the coming of SPRING! I realize that sometimes the most ORDINARY THINGS could be made EXTRAORDINARY, simply by doing them with the RIGHT PEOPLE!
Always remember to START-where you are; USE-what you have; DO-what you can! With this in mind, what appears to be the END, may really be a new BEGINNING!

Just remember, BE CAREFUL when you BLINDLY follow the MASSES—sometimes the “M” is silent in that word/group!

Try to remember this: “DREAM HARD! WORK HARDER!”
