LEMONY CRINKLE COOKIES!

1 box of your favorite lemon cake mix
1 egg
2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
½ to 1 c. powdered sugar
1. In large bowl, combine cake mix, egg and Cool Whip. The batter will be sticky.
2. Form dough into the size of a TABLESPOON.
3. Roll in powdered sugar.
4. Place on baking sheet sprayed with PAM.
5. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden.
6. Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet for 1 minute.
7. Remove to a wire rack and let cool completely.
