LEMONY ALFREDO TUNA NOODLE DISH IN A SKILLET!

6 c. dried extra-wide egg noodles
1 lemon
1 (15-oz.) roasted garlic Alfredo pasta sauce or 1 (10-oz.) container refrigerated Alfredo pasta sauce
¼ c. capers, drained
1 (12-oz.) can solid white tuna, drained
Black pepper, salt
Chopped fresh chives
1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. Return pasta to pot, cover and keep warm.
2. Squeeze juice of the lemon in a bowl and also use the lemon zest.
3. In large skillet, combine the pasta sauce, capers, and lemon juice.
4. Heat.
5. Gently stir in cooked noodles and tuna.
6. Heat and sprinkle in zest, season to taste and sprinkle with fresh chives.
