Over-the-Top Crack Chicken Noodle Soup
OVER THE TOP CRACK CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP
Vegetable oil
12 slices, thick-cut, cooked and crumbled
3 c. chicken breasts, cooked and shredded or chopped
2 carrots, sliced
½ c. chopped celery
1 (10.5-oz.) can chicken soup, condensed
6 c. chicken stock
1 c. whole milk
¾ c. cream cheese, softened
1 (1-oz.) packet ranch dressing mix
8 oz. thin spaghetti or angel hair, uncooked
1 ½ c. grated cheddar cheese
1. Heat small amount of oil in skillet.
2. Add the chopped bacon and cook until done or crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
3. Set bacon aside.
4. Mix chicken, carrots, celery, soup, stock, milk, cream cheese, ranch dressing mix and cooked bacon to a large pot.
5. Bring mixture to boil, stir occasionally.
6. Reduce to simmer for 20-25 minutes.
7. Add spaghetti and grated cheese.
8. Let simmer until spaghetti cooked.
9. Serve.
