Air-Fryer Sweet Potato Fries
AIR-FRYER SWEET POTATO FRIES
FRIES:
1 ½ lb. sweet potatoes, peeled if you like
1 t. kosher salt
1 t. ground cumin
1 t. red pepper
1 t. black pepper.
Olive oil
CREAMY HONEY MUSTARD:
¼ c. mayo
2 T. Dijon mustard
2 t. honey
1. FRIES: Cut potatoes into planks about ½” thick and 4-5” long. Pat dry with paper towel and place in large mixing bowl.
2. In small bowl, mix the salt, cumin, red/black pepper.
3. Toss the potatoes with olive oil until well coated.
4. Sprinkle the spice mixture all over, toss well to evenly coat.
5. Place half of potatoes in single layer in air fryer basket with a little bit of space between each fry.
6. Cook at 380 for 7 minutes.
7. Toss fries in basket, then space them again. Return to air fryer for another 7 minutes.
8. Transfer the cooked fries to a paper-towel lined plate.
9. Transfer all the cooked fries from the plate to the air fryer basket again.
10. Cook at 400 for 3-5 more minutes, until all fries are rewarmed and crispy.
11. Season with more kosher salt.
12. Combine all the ingredients for the CREAMY HONEY MUSTARD and serve with fries.
