Crunchy Cheeseburger Wraps

CRUNCHY CHEESEBURGER WRAPS
8 oz. lean ground turkey
Kosher salt/black pepper to taste
2 large (10”) tortillas
2 slices American or cheddar cheese, your choice
2 T. catsup
1 T. Dijon or Creole mustard
Dill pickles
Slices red onion
Shredded lettuce
PAM OLIVE OIL SPRAY
1. Season meat and form into 2 flat patties.
2. Spray skillet with PAM, keep heated over medium-low heat.
3. Add burgers and cook 5 minutes each side, until thoroughly cooked.
4. Wipe clean and spray with PAM. Keep over medium-low heat.
5. Place burger in center of wrap followed by the cheese, pickles, onions, catsup, mustard and lettuce.
6. Fold the sides over to crunch wrap it by folding the sides over each other.
7. Place on the hot skillet, folded side down.
8. Cook until browned, 1to 2 minutes, then flip and continue cooking until browned and crips, 1-2 minutes.
