Amazing Mardi Gras King Cake Cream Liqueur

AMAZING MARDI GRAS KING CAKE CREAM LIQUEUR
½ c. sugar
½ c. filtered water
1 t. Tony Chachere’s BOLD Creole seasoning
2 c. heavy cream
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. vanilla
1 ¼ c. dark rum
¼ c. Tony Chachere’s BOLD Creole seasoning simple syrup
2 cans sweetened condensed milk

  1. Make Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning Simple Syrup by mixing ½ c. sugar, ½ c. filtered water and 1 t. Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning in sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a low boil. Simmer until mixture is dissolved.
  3. Place heavy cream, cinnamon, vanilla, dark rum, Tony’s BOLD Creole Seasoning Simple Syrup and condensed milk in a blender.
  4. Blend until mixed. DO NOT OVER BLEND or it will become too thick.
  5. Store mixture in a bottle that makes it easy to pour (will keep up to 2 weeks.)
  6. Rim glasses with purple, green and yellow sugar and pour in liqueur halfway up.
