Amazing Pumpkin Pie Martini

AMAZING PUMPKIN PIE MARTINI
¼ c. whipped topping or whipped cream
2 ½ oz. vanilla vodka
1 ½ oz. aged rum
¼ c. pumpkin puree
3 T. maple syrup
¼ c. half and half
¼ t. pumpkin pie spice, plus additional for garnish
Handful ice cubes

1. Place 2 martini glasses in freezer.
2. FROZEN WHIPPED TOPPING: Line a small sheet ray with parchment or wax paper. Make 2 dollops of whipped topping or whipped cream and place in freezer for 30 minutes.
3. MARTINI: In cocktail shaker, combine vodka, rum, puree, syrup, half and half, spice and ice cubes.
4. Cover and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
5. Strain into 2 martini glasses.
6. Top each glass with one piece of frozen whipped cream.
7. Sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice.
8. Serve immediately.
