ADDICTIVE MINI GARLIC MONKEYS
¼ c. butter, melted
2 T. freshly grated parmesan cheese
2 T. minced garlic
½ t. dried oregano
½ t. dried basil
½ t. dried parsley flakes
Salt to taste
1 (16-oz.) tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, cut into eights
- In large bowl, whisk butter, parmesan, garlic, oregano, basil, parsley and salt together.
- Reserve 2 T. of mixture.
- Coat each biscuit piece with the butter mixture.
- Drop 5-6 of biscuit pieces into each of muffin tin cups and use fingertips to gently press last piece in the center.
- Bake until golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
- Brush biscuit pieces with remaining butter mixture.
