Today’s GADGET is CUISINART GRILLING PREP AND SERVE PAN. Food Preparation uses the red tray for prepping your raw meat and transporting to the grill. Once fully cooked, place your finished meat on black tray. Prepping and finishing together in one; the two interchanging trays nest together so you can easily from prepping to clean tray for finished foods. They are shatter-resistant melamine trays. They won’t get hot to touch. Dishwasher safe.
