Grand Peeps’ Over-the-Top Chocolate Chip Oreo Stuffed Baked Cookies

GRAND PEEPS’ OVER-THE-TOP CHOCOLATE CHIP-OREO STUFFED BAKED COOKIES
1 large roll of chocolate chip cookie roll dough, room temp
1 bag of regular Oreo cookies
PAM

1. Spray a baking sheet with PAM.
2. Slice the cookie dough, not too thick, more of about ¼” size
3. With your hands or rolling pin, roll out the cut slices.
4. Place an Oreo cookie in the middle of one slice, then place another slice on top of the cookie.
5. Seal around the edges and place on baking sheet.
6. Preheat oven according to temperature on the package of the cookie dough.
7. Bake also according to the directions on cookie dough package.
8. Remove from oven and let set for 2-3 minutes.
9. With a spatula, lift cookies to a serving platter.
