Today I will share with you a cooking tip! “HOW TO PERFECTLY ROAST VEGGIES!” For a nice, caramelized crust on roasted veggies, preheat a skillet or heavy-duty baking sheet in a 400- degree oven for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, toss veggies with olive oil, salt and pepper (or your favorite seasonings). Add the veggies to the preheated skillet. They will sizzle when they hit the hot pan, crating a beautiful caramelized crust!
