  • 2-4 (2” thick cut) rib-eye steaks
  • Salt, red/black pepper, garlic powder
  • 2 large Vidalia onions, thick slices
  • 2 of each color bell peppers (red, yellow, orange, green), cut into strips
  • 4 portabella mushroom caps cut into thick slices
  • 1-2 bunches fresh asparagus or green beans or combination
  • White Wine Lemon Butter Sauce, recipe below
Instructions
  1. Make the white wine lemon butter sauce and set aside until ready to use.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the cut veggies and season with salt, red/black pepper and garlic powder.
  3. Place the cut and seasoned veggies in a grill basket that has a closed top and bottom (so you can flip it.)
  4. Season steaks.
  5. Grill steaks to how you like them done. Baste with the basting sauce.
  6. Meanwhile, put veggies in the grill basket and while cooking also baste with sauce. Flip basket once or twice. Cook until crispy-tender.
  7. Dump cooked veggies on serving tray.
  8. Slice the steaks and place over the cooked veggies. Drizzle with a little more basting sauce. Place extra heated sauce on side if guests want more.
  9. Serve immediately with nice salad and crispy bread.
