Ingredients
  • 8 lemon wedges
  • 24 mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
  • 4 strawberries, plus 2 halved for garnish
  • Ice cubes, plus crushed ice
  • 8 oz. gold or aged rum
  • 3 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 oz. agave nectar
Instructions
  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lemon wedges with whole berries and mint leaves.
  2. Add ice and the rum, lemon juice, and agave nectar.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into crushed ice in a tall glasses.
  5. Garnish with berry halves and mint sprigs.
