Crock Pot Parmesan Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. red potatoes, cut into ½” wedges
- ¼ c. finely chopped Vidalia onion
- 2 t. dried oregano
- Salt, black pepper, garlic powder
- 2 T. butter, cubed
- ¼ c. grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Layer potatoes, onion, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder and butter in CROCK POT.
- Cover and cook on HIGH 4 hours.
- Remove potatoes to serving platter.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
