WONDERFUL WONDERLAND!

Just a heads up but I will not be posting from July 30-August 6th! When any of the GRAND PEEPS, turn 15, they get to pick a place to travel to and visit. Two of the GRAND PEEPS have done this (one to NYC; one to Los Angeles). This year we have two of the GRAND PEEPS, AVA GRACE AND SAVANNAH) who turned “15”! They have selected to go to LOS ANGELES, but better yet, they asked me to go. I don’t usually go. I just let the mothers take them. So, I am looking forward to this “LITTLE GIRL TRIP” (yes, the MOTHERS are coming.) I figure when the two GRAND PEEP BOYS reach this age, will let HUBBY and their FATHERS figure out where to go.

We do try and make some part of the trip educational as well as just plain fun! Always try to teach those GRAND PEEPS to remember: “WINGS are to show you what you can BECOME…ROOTS are here to remind you where you are FROM”!

I like the saying, “Before ALICE could go to WONDERLAND, she had to fall really hard!” Just don’t let it keep you down, get up, dust yourself off and move forward!

Bottom line:
FORGET who HURT you YESTERDAY, but don’t forget those who LOVE you EVERYDAY.
FORGET the PAST that makes you CRY and FOCUS on the PRESENT that makes you SMILE.
FORGET the PAIN but NEVER the LESSONS you GAINED!
