Today’s GADGET is the 60-MINUTE CHILLING PLATTER! The platters are freezable which keep food deliciously chilled for 60 minutes. Set in freezer for 4 hours, remove and use it to serve up your dish. Any condensation is drained away to a catch tray below. The catch tray is reversible, also serving as a charcuterie board. Whether it is cold cuts, cheeses, sashimi or pastry creations, you and your guests can enjoy the delights.
