Today’s Menu:
Bacon and Egg Tart

Today’s PRODUCT is PHILADELPHIA CHEESECAKE CRUMBLE. I ran across these at BENNY’S in Opelousas. They are in the DAIRY SECTION. It is an individual Strawberry Cheesecake with Graham Cracker Crumbles. There are two separate containers. The cheesecake part is the bottom container and the crumbles are on top. I bought about 6 of them and took the cheesecake part and spread it into a 9×13” pan and then sprinkled the crumbles on top. Covered with saran wrap and placed back in refrigerator. Served it and it looked and tasted like a strawberry cheesecake. Easy, peasy-especially if you are in a bind for a nice dessert!
