Today’s PRODUCT is one you will want for the upcoming holidays. It is from the BAYOU CARLIN OYSTER COMPANY. It is found in the frozen food section of stores. This I got from JOEY’S in Lafayette. It is a dozen frozen oysters. There are two flavors so far (one is GARLIC PARMESAN and the other is a BACON CHEESE TOPPING). They are in the shell and you can bake them or put them on the grill. No mess or high-end prep. Just love this product. Great for last minute apps or even for a meal. Check it out, if you like oysters, you will love this.
