Good Morning Foodies! Want to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE MOST WONDERFUL LADY IN THE WORLD—MY MOM—SHE WOULD HAVE BEEN 94 today! Miss her so much! I am wondering what my mom would of thought of all these fancy kitchen gadgets! My baby peep, daughter, gave this first item to me. It is called CHOP-2-POT PLUS! It is a cutting board with a handle and the sides fold u…p so you can dump it into the bowl or pot. I can’t believe I did not think of this! No mess! Love, love, love this!!!! My sweet neighbor gave me this American Corn Cutter. She must watch me through the window and see that I usually cut corn about 2-3 times a week. I just love fresh corn off the cob. So much better than the canned stuff! I have really used this little gadget. I was thinking, if someone could figure out, how to slip that up your leg to your knee and in one clean swoop—it would shave your legs! Just remember you heard it here first! So my toes are webbed, I am sprouting water wings, got my goggles on—ready to go out and face this monsoon! Be safe out there!
