Unique Mimosas
Ingredients
- 1 bottle good champagne or sparkling wine
- 1 quart of your favorite sherbet (orange, lemon, pineapple, raspberry, etc.)
- Mint sprigs
- Cold champagne glasses
Instructions
- Place your glasses in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
- When ready to prepare drinks, take glasses out and place 1-2 scoops of your favorite sherbet.
- Pour the champagne over the sherbet but do not completely cover it.
- Place a fresh sprig of mint in glass.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
*****I usually serve with fancy, cute straws or long stemmed spoons if guests would rather, stir and mix up the ingredients.
You can also put sherbet in glasses and place in freezer and take out as you need them.
