Good Morning Foodies! I cannot begin to thank all of you, for your kind words, regarding my post from yesterday. I so wish, my parents were here to witness the kind things that everyone says about them. It is so very important to make all those moments count when you have your love ones around you. Share, share, share, your most inner thoughts, no matter how small. Remember, sometimes it is the smallest things that take up the most room in your heart. Always remember there is no shame in stumbling—the shame is not trying to get up! Now, getting back to the food site. This will be the last week of posting until February 18th. Taking all my PEEPS AND GRANDPEEPS skiing! YIKES!!!!!!!!!!!! The menus this week are still geared toward The Mardi Gras season. So proud of New Orleans! They did a great job of showcasing the city. I really believe it showed that THE BIG EASY was worth saving after Katrinia!!! Have a great day!
