Today is a TIP DAY! Don’t know about you but I am always buying bananas but they seem to go south before they can all get eaten. Here is a guide on how to get many uses out of a banana.
UNDERRIPE:

BARELY RIPE:
Stews; Curries; Casseroles; Deep-Fried
RIPE:
Fruit Salads; Fruit Tart Toppings; Bread or Rice Puddings; Roasted
VERY RIPE:
Ice Cream Sundaes; Cheesecakes; Trifles; Fillings for French Toast, Crepes or Sandwiches; Broiled, Grilled or Flambeed Whole
OVERRIPE:
Smoothies; Quick Breads; Pancakes or Waffles; Daiquiris or other Cocktails
