This week is SECRETARY’S WEEK!

BUSY WEEK AHEAD! April 22, 2013:

Good Morning Foodies!  Needless to say, last week was a very busy week for me.  The ole gray mare ain’t what she use to be!  This week looks like another marathon of events.  Last Wednesday, I helped Hubby with a dinner for 80 people—I JUST HAD TO DO APPS AND SIDES—Yeah—I THINK!  Last Friday, I prepared the Italian Feast for the nice 6 couples, who purchased the dinner at a fund raiser, for sweet Miya.  Sunday, my oldest grandson, AIDAN PATRICK, made his first communion.  Love these moments that I can sit back and reflect on.  Seems just like yesterday, that I was doing these activities with my children—MY, MY TIME DOES FLY!!!!!! This week is SECRETARY’S WEEK!  I don’t know about you, but I greatly appreciate, all the gals and one guy, BILLY, who work at MORROW, MORROW, RYAN AND BASSETT.  Each person is unique and is always willing to help me out, whenever I need something.  I really don’t know what I would do without them.  Paying tribute to them should not just be one week a year.  Special thanks to, Mel, my PA—she is a blessing for me when it comes to GEAUXASKALICE!  I am having the gang here for lunch on Tuesday.  I am also paying tribute to CANDY LEGER.  She is the one who come up with the name, GEAUXASKALICE!  Should be a fun day—get out there and do something special for these people.  They will greatly appreciate it and will come around to benefit you in the long run. I am also heading out to the BIG EASY, this coming weekend, to see some JAZZFEST!  So this week’s menus will feature some more of the great dishes from NEW ORLEANS!  Have a great day!
