Tasty Antipasto Wrap
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 T. chopped fresh basil
- 1 T. finely minced garlic
- 6 (8”) sun-dried tomato tortillas or your favorite
- 6 romaine lettuce leaves or you can substitute baby spinach, arugula, kale or your favorite greens
- ¾ c. shredded good quality mozzarella cheese
- ½ c. pitted olive, green or black or mixture
- ½ c. roasted red pepper, diced
- ½ c. water-packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 4 oz. good quality salami
- 4 oz. good quality ham
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese with basil and garlic.
- On each tortilla, spread about 2 T. of the mixture and spread to within ¼” of the edge.
- Layer with lettuce, salami, ham and cheeses.
- Next, layer with olives, red peppers and artichoke hearts.
- Tightly roll up the tortilla and cut in half on the diagonal.
Notes
******Can make several hours ahead, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate. You can change up flavorings for cream cheese, the types of meats, cheeses and toppings.
