SETTLING IN!

Good Morning Foodies! I want to take this time to give a heads up to the catering services of “ABACUS”. It is owned and operated by Robert Fruge. Hubby and I only had to provide the setting for the gathering of “THE ST. LANDRY PARISH BAR ASSOCIATION”. It is quite difficult for me not to jump in and help. I had to sit on my hands. I watched this crew come in an…d set up. They were amazing. Everyone was so professional, kind and worked so hard to make it easy for you! This is a good looking group of people working for this catering service. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a caterer. Everything they served was spectacular! Check them out! I hope everyone is settling into the start-up of school and the activities. I don’t know about you but I am ready for “FALL”. This is one of my most favorite times of the year. I love fireplaces, comfy clothing and belly-warming foods like gumbo, etc.
This week the menus will still reflect ideas to serve when entertaining guests for any event that may pop up—AND WE KNOW THIS IS THE TIME OF YEAR THAT THIS HAPPENS!
If you love hot dogs, you will love this recipe. It combines my two favorite things-hot dogs and chips. Yesssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!
