Today’s GADGET is THE FLEXIBLE WOOD CUTTING BOARD! Cut and transfer ingredients with a flexible cutting board. The natural wood cutting surface is backed by food-grade silicone that lends grip and bendability and adds a protective layer to your countertop. It is made in Wisconsin from North Carolina hardwood. It is easy to wash and store. Do not place in dishwasher. Condition wood before first use with butcher block oil and recondition once a month (depending on the use of it.) Clean with hot, soapy water but do not submerge or soak. Lay flat to dry. Dry immediately after washing to avoid water absorption and curling of natural wood. I want to acknowledge two major events today. First, I want to wish Melody, my personal assistant for the GAA site, a most wonderful happy birthday. Mel saves my sanity on a weekly basis. She is my backbone for the website! I love her dearly!

Second, I want to wish GRAND PEEP NUMBER “8” a fun-filled happy birthday. It is hard to believe that GRAND PEEP SOPHIA is turning “7”! She is so precious and a blessing. She has such a gift for art and music! Not sure where she gets that GENE!!!!!!!!!! Grammie and Poppa hope you have a most fantastic birthday! Love you so much!
