Today I am going to skip the GADGET, ETC. I figured many of you are in the downgrade load! Today’s Menu is one that has no meat for all you CATHOLICS out there who are jump starting LENT! So many options out there-you should never feel short-changed when it comes to eating in SOUTH LOUISIANA!
