Today’s Repeat Menu:

Oven-Baked Green Tomatoes and Zucchini

Today I am sharing a PRODUCT! I ran across this PRODUCT at my local WALMART NEIGHBORHOOD GROCERY STORE! They are LITTLE GEM LETTUCE HEARTS by GREEN GIANT! They look like miniature BRUSSELS SPROUTS OR ROMAN LETTUCE. I thought I would try it out. It is my GEAUX TO LETTUCE, now! I prep them and wash them and place in zip lock bags. They keep for at least 3-4 weeks. They are always crispy and delicious. I found myself not using any other lettuce than this now. I have not seen it any other place. In the store I use, they are on the very top shelf with all the lettuces. Very easy to overlook! If you see it somewhere, let all us FOODIES know! I think you will love this LETTUCE GEM!!!!!!!!!
