Refreshing Pina Colada
Ingredients
- 1 ½ c. ice cubes
- ½ c. diced pineapple, frozen
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- 2 oz. Coco Lopez coconut cream
- 1 ½-oz. white rum
- 1 oz. dark rum
- Pineapple slices, garnish
Instructions
- Put ice, frozen pineapple, juice, coconut cream and rums in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and frosty.
- Pour into 2 drink glasses and garnish with pineapple slices.
