Good Morning Foodies! Today’s menu is one of my favorites for this time of the year. I love SHEPHERD’S PIE but especially like this simple recipe. One of my FOODIES, made the comment yesterday that she takes the COLCANNON (recipe from yesterday), adds an egg to the mixture and puts that on top of the SHEPHERD’S PIE. That sounds really good. Will have to try that next time. I keep looking for patches of clover, Robins in the air and my pecan trees to bloom, to let me know that SPRING HAS SPRUNG! No luck yet! Have a great day!
