Ingredients
  • MONKEY BREAD:
  • 4 cans (refrigerated biscuits-10/can), regular size, not Grands
  • 1 ½ t. cinnamon
  • 1 ¾ c. sugar, divided
  • ¼ c. light brown sugar
  • ¼ c. evaporated milk
  • ¾ c. butter
  • ICING:
  • 4 c. powdered sugar
  • ½ c. heavy cream
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • Food coloring
  • Color sprinkles (purple, green, yellow)
Instructions
  1. Mix cinnamon and ¾ c. of sugar.
  2. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and roll in sugar mixture and place in Bundt pan that has been sprayed with PAM.
  3. Mix the 1 c. sugar, brown sugar, milk and butter in a saucepan.
  4. Bring to a boil and pour over the biscuits in Bundt pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until looks done.
  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Invert onto serving platter.
  8. Icing:
  9. Mix sugar, cream and vanilla together.
  10. Divide icing into 3 bowls and color with food coloring (purple, green, yellow).
  11. Place the 3 colors into 3 zip-lock bags and cut a small part of the bottom corner of bag. Squeeze the color icing over the warm cake.
  12. Sprinkle with colored sprinkles.
  13. Serve cake warm if possible.
Notes
*****You can change up the colors of icing and sprinkles to fit the different holidays.
