Good Morning Foodies! I do like the “FALL BACK” time. Makes me feel like I gained some time on my life. Not sure which is better the dark mornings or the early dark evenings! That darkness sure cuts the day it seems. Since this is the month of the great “TURKEY HOLIDAY”, I thought I would do things geared toward that and still keep the “YAMS”and “PUMPKINS” in. I don’t know about you but the yams this season are so gooood!!!!!!!!! Yams can be used in so many delicious ways. If any of you have something new and exciting, please share!
