Mini-Vanilli Chilled Delights
Ingredients
- 1 box or bag of mini vanilla wafers
- 1 (8-oz.) container Cool Whip or Frozen Yogurt or Ice Cream
- 1 bag of mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Between two of the mini vanilla wafers, place your choice of Cool Whip, yogurt or ice cream.
- Roll the sides in the mini chocolate chips.
- Place on baking sheet and put in freezer.
- When frozen, you can place in zip loc bags and keep in freezer.
Notes
*****Great little instant desserts. You can also change up what you roll the wafers in. You can do mini M&M’s, peanut butter chips, coconut, sprinkles, etc.
