Ingredients
- Boneless Chicken Breasts and/or Thighs (number depending on your family)
- Salt, red/black pepper, garlic powder
- ½ c. Lea and Perrins
- ½- 1 c. of Italian dressing (I vary this from time to time. Today I used Creamy Vidalia Onion Dressing)
- ½ c. chunky salsa
Instructions
- Season the chicken pieces.
- Place in zip loc bag.
- Add the rest of ingredients and marinade overnite or 2-3 hours in refrigerator.
- Grill outside or inside on grill or grill pan. Cook until not pink in middle.
- Baste with Lemon Butter Sauce.
Notes
*****There are endless uses for leftover grilled chicken. Fajitias, pasta salads, chicken salad for sandwiches, for spinach salads topped with chicken strips, mixed with pasta for hot dishes (just add marinara sauce or pesto sauces or any bottled sauce or cheese sauces.) I could go on forever.
