Ingredients
  • 2 (12-oz.) pkgs. Green Giant Fresh “Steamer” Green Beans
  • ½ c. Wishbone “Roasted Red Bell Pepper” Dressing (or any vinaigrette you may like)
  • ¼ c. fresh lemon juice plus 1-2 T.
  • Olive oil
  • Kosher salt/black pepper/garlic powder
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 mini sweet bell peppers (assorted colors, if you can), sliced
  • 4-6 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 carton cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
  1. Cook beans according to package instructions and place in serving dish.
  2. In a small skillet, drizzle with olive oil and saute the red onions, bell peppers, and garlic until soft. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with 1-2 T. lemon juice.
  3. Mix the dressing and lemon juice.
  4. Pour the dressing over the beans and season with salt, black pepper and garlic powder to taste. Mix well.
  5. Place the sautéed veggies down the center of the green beans.
  6. Place the cherry tomatoes across the top of the sautéed veggies.
  7. When ready to serve, place in 325 oven until hot.
