Lake Charles Dip
Ingredients
- 1 c. sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 pkg. dry Good Seasons Italian Dressing
- 1 T. Miracle Whip
- 3 avocados, peeled and chopped (you can do this in big chop or fine)
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 4 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt, black pepper
- Tabasco to taste
- Chips or crackers
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and season to taste. Mix well.
- Chill for 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve with chips or crackers or veggies.
