Kale Mary from Above
Ingredients
- 3 medium plum tomatoes
- 1 c. loosely packed parsley
- 2 medium celery stalks, plus extra for garnish
- 3 medium kale leaves with stalks
- ½ large, juicy lemon, peel and pith removed
- 2 oz. pepper-infused vodka
- ¼ t. celery salt
- Fresh black pepper
- Celery stalk, pickled green bean or okra, garnish
Instructions
- Juice, in this order, the tomatoes and parsley, together, then the celery, kale and lemon, following your juicer’s specific settings for each.
- Stir in vodka, celery salt, and pepper.
- Serve immediately over ice in tall glass.
- Garnish with celery stalk, pickled green bean or okra.
