She also had some nice veggies on the side. Beautiful dish and yummy!
Ray Bellow is in charge of the remaining menu! Crawfish Étouffée,  Fried Catfish Bites,  Fried Frog Legs.

Carol Angelle made a very unique crawfish bisque. He used the lobster heads. Way easier to stuff but Lordy, one head looks like it can feed 2-3 people. Will be interesting!
