Today’s TIP is to DOUBLE UP ON SKEWERS! This picture gives you a sample of the DOUBLING UP! Use two parallel skewers per kebab. Threading the fish and veggie onto two skewers secures the food and keeps it from spinning or falling off when you flip it on the grill.
