Horseradish Flavored Roast Beef Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz.) container soft cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 green onions, chopped
- ¼ c. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 T. prepared horseradish
- 1 T. Dijon mustard
- 1 T. Miracle Whip or mayo
- Salt, black pepper, garlic powder to taste
- 8 oz. deli roast beef, sliced thinly
- 2 (10”) whole wheat tortillas or your favorite type
- Ranch dressing, optional
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, green onions, parsley, horseradish, mustard, mayo and seasonings. Mix well.
- Place the mixture evenly over the two tortillas.
- Divide the roast beef slices evenly between the two tortillas, leaving a ½” border around the edges.
- Roll up, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm. Can be made a day ahead.
- Cut diagonally into ½” slices and serve.
- You can use ranch dressing as a dipping sauce if desired or your favorite type of sauce.
