Ingredients
  • ⅓ c. freshly squeezed Clementine or Orange juice
  • ⅓ c. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ⅓ c. freshly squeezed lemon juice, prefer Meyer
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • Whipped cream or Redi-whip and strawberries for serving
  • Mint for garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 350.
  2. Place the orange, lime and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk in milk.
  4. Add egg yolks and beat in.
  5. Pour into prepared crust.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
  7. Remove from oven, cool, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
  8. Garnish with whipped cream, berries and mint.

*****I grew up in Plaquemines Parish and my father had a large citrus farm. We always had one of these wonder pies.
