Home-Town Plaquemines Parish Citrus Pie
Ingredients
- ⅓ c. freshly squeezed Clementine or Orange juice
- ⅓ c. freshly squeezed lime juice
- ⅓ c. freshly squeezed lemon juice, prefer Meyer
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- Whipped cream or Redi-whip and strawberries for serving
- Mint for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350.
- Place the orange, lime and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk in milk.
- Add egg yolks and beat in.
- Pour into prepared crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
- Remove from oven, cool, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
- Garnish with whipped cream, berries and mint.
