Alice’s Chicken Chili-Chili Bang-Bang
Good Morning Foodies: Today’s menu was one that I made for HUBBY’S OFFICE STAFF a couple of weeks ago. Fed about 20 employees and in return they had to grade the two dishes and give me a name for it. Got some great feedback from them and also a very cute name. I really enjoyed doing that. Might have to do it again. This recipe is real simple and can be made in bulk for those extras to be stored away in the freezer. Those already prepared rotisserie chickens you can pick up at most supermarkets are great for so many recipes. They also taste good just as they are. Give it a try—I THINK YOU WILL LOVE THIS DISH!
