Ingredients
  • 8 ears fresh corn, husks removed
  • PAM
  • Salt, black pepper
  • ½ c. butter, softened
  • 1-2 jalapenos, seeded and minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, smashed or pressed
  • 1 T. lime zest
  • 2 T. fresh lime juice
  • 1 T. fresh chopped cilantro or parsley
  • Lime zest, garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat grill 350-400.
  2. Coat corn with PAM.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill corn, covered with grill lid, 15 minutes or until golden brown, turn occasionally.
  5. Stir together butter, jalapenos, garlic, zest, lime juice and cilantro.
  6. Remove corn from grill and cut into ⅓ pieces.
  7. Serve corn with butter mixture and garnish with extra lime zest.
Notes
*****You can increase the amount of ingredients mixed with the butter to suit your taste.
