Good Morning Foodies! If you think I have a hard time adjusting to school starting before LABOR DAY—imagine how I feel about LSU FOOTBALL GAME starting this early. Crazy, crazy, crazy!!!!! ULL also has a big game this coming Saturday. They play SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY! I am getting anxious about my Tigers. Once again, no known quarterback—just kills me! The other unknown is WISCONSIN—have no clue about this team. I do see they are ranked just below LSU—that can’t be good!!!!!!!!!!
Anyway, to handle the stress—I COOK AND COOK AND COOK! This keeps my mind off of the game as much as possible. I decided to go ahead and put the recipe for the “STEAMER SHRIMP DONE IN THE RICE COOKER”, since so many of you requested it. I posted it as my last Friday night meal. It is so easy and clean-up is a breeze! I hope you enjoy it.
Now back to important business!!!!!!!!!
