What a beautiful day we had for HUBBY’S ANNUAL BAKED DUCK DINNER for across the state JUDGES, FELLOW ATTORNEYS, and FRIENDS! Over “100” showed up! Thanks to all those who helped us with this grand party! Even the AZALEAS were cooperating!

Today’s menu should give you some ideas for upcoming ST. PADDY’S DAY and EASTER! Love this time of year when all those fascinating and delicious veggies/fruits appear! Makes a happy face on any plate!

GREEN, GREEN, GREEN—the color of the day on March 17th-ST. PADDY’S DAY! When I think of the color GREEN, I think of a saying my GRANDFATHER would say—“The GRASS is GREENER , where you WATER IT!”
