Ingredients
  • 1 lb. sugar snap peas
  • Salt
  • 1 T. butter
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 T. chopped fresh dill
  • 1 T. chopped fresh thyme
  • Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Bring salted water to a boil and add peas and cook until tender-crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil.
  3. Add the onion, thyme and dill and cook until onion softens.
  4. Add peas and season to taste. Toss until heated through.
  5. Serve.
