Ingredients
  • 1-2 (8-oz.) packages of refrigerated crescent rolls (depends on how many you want to make)
  • 1 (8-oz.) jar or container of spinach dip
  • 1 small or medium jar of marinated artichoke hearts, drained, rough chop
  • 1 small or medium jar of sun-dried tomatoes, drained, rough chop
  • 1 small container crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 375.
  2. Unroll the crescent rolls and form one large rectangle, pressing together along the perforated lines.
  3. With a pizza cutter, cut 4 long rows from top to bottom and on the short side, cut 6 rows. You should make 24 small squares from each roll of the bread.
  4. Mix all of your filling ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Take each square and place in a mini muffin tin that is sprayed with PAM.
  6. Place about 1 T. of filling in each mini muffin square.
  7. Bake in oven until golden brown, about 12-18 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and serve.
Notes
*****You can change up what you would like to put in the bites. Let your imagination run. Great way to use many of your leftover meats, seafood, veggies, etc. They also freeze well after baking or freeze before baking by placing the filled mini muffin tins in freezer. When frozen, remove and place in zip lock bags and place back in freezer. Let thaw in refrigerator and bake.
