Family Favorite Paneed Beef Cutlets

FAMILY FAVORITE PANEED BEEF CUTLETS
1 large round steak, cut into 3-4 pieces (depending on size of your steak)
Salt/red/black pepper
3 eggs, beaten
1 ½ c. half and half
Olive oil
Italian bread crumbs

  1. Season the steaks and cut into individual servings.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the beaten eggs and half and half.
  3. In another dish, place the bread crumbs.
  4. In black skillet, place about 1” with olive oil and put over medium heat.
  5. Dip steaks in egg mixture and cover both sides
  6. Then place in bread crumbs and press to adhere to both sides of steak.
  7. Place in hot skillet and brown 3-5 minutes per side (depending on thickness of steak).
  8. Drain on paper towels before serving.
