Family Favorite Paneed Beef Cutlets


FAMILY FAVORITE PANEED BEEF CUTLETS
1 large round steak, cut into 3-4 pieces (depending on size of your steak)
Salt/red/black pepper
3 eggs, beaten
1 ½ c. half and half
Olive oil
Italian bread crumbs
- Season the steaks and cut into individual servings.
- In a shallow dish, combine the beaten eggs and half and half.
- In another dish, place the bread crumbs.
- In black skillet, place about 1” with olive oil and put over medium heat.
- Dip steaks in egg mixture and cover both sides
- Then place in bread crumbs and press to adhere to both sides of steak.
- Place in hot skillet and brown 3-5 minutes per side (depending on thickness of steak).
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
