Easy Frozen Key Lime Delight
Ingredients
- 1 pint lime sherbet
- 1 pint lemon sorbet
- 1 pint vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1 ½ c. graham cracker crumbs
- 3T. sugar
- ¼ c. melted butter
- 2 T. Key Lime Juice
- ¼-1/2 c. toasted coconut, optional
Instructions
- Place the sherbet, sorbet, and frozen yogurt in refrigerator while preparing crust.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter.
- Press mixture into bottom of 9” springform pan. Freeze for 15-20 minutes.
- Combine the sherbet, sorbet and yogurt into a large bowl.
- Add lime juice and gently mix.
- Spoon mixture over crust in pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle with toasted coconut and lightly press into sherbet mixture. Cover with plastic wrap.
- Freeze until firm, at least 4-6 hours.
- To serve, let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. Cut into wedges.
